Hafiz Muhammad Idrees Butt
Founder and CEO and Lead Instructor
Hafiz Muhammad Idrees Butt is a technology entrepreneur and education innovator with over a decade of experience in platform development, and digital transformation. He is the Founder of RLTSquare, where he built and led an 80+ member engineering organization delivering enterprise solutions for clients across Pakistan, the USA, and Europe. He is also an international speaker, having addressed major technology conferences in the USA, UK, Malaysia, and beyond.
A rare polymath, Idrees combines deep expertise in entrepreneurship with his background as a Hafiz-e-Quran and graduate of Dars-e-Nizami, having led Taraweeh prayers for more than 27 years. This unique integration of spirituality, technology, and leadership gives him a perspective that is both holistic and forward-looking.
Muhammad Bin Aslam
Muhammad brings strong experience in product execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational delivery. A graduate of LUMS, he currently leads GTM strategy at RLTSquare, with hands-on involvement in startup leadership and operations. Alongside his professional work, he has taught Mathematics since O-Levels, brings nearly five years of trading experience in the financial markets, and at the same time is deeply passionate about education.
Hassan Zaheer
With over six years of experience across FMCG, B2B sales, and technology environments, Hassan plays a key role in ensuring that strategy translates into structured, measurable execution. With a background in Business Administration from the University of Central Punjab, Hassan brings strong expertise in project management, performance tracking, and client coordination. His disciplined, systems-driven approach keeps projects organized, teams aligned, and deadlines on track.
Hashim Sial
With deep expertise in teaching and a genuine passion for working with middle school students, Hashim delivers focused, well-structured learning experiences for his students. His strong foundation in language, logic, and rhetoric, grounded in his Dars-e-Nizami studies, enables him to approach learning with structure and intellectual depth.
Sanae
An educationist and trainer, Sanae holds an MPhil in Education Leadership & Management from LUMS and brings expertise in designing impactful, high-quality learning programs. She works at the intersection of research and practice, building student-centered academic environments that drive meaningful and measurable growth. Guided by empathy and purposeful innovation, she develops learning systems that cultivate confident, capable, and future-ready learners.
Maria
Bringing over a decade of experience in education, Maria has evolved from early years teaching to academic coordination and high school English instruction. Her expertise lies in strengthening language proficiency and communication skills across age groups. She is also a Professional Communications Expert, having trained IT and technical professionals to communicate with greater confidence and impact. She is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
