Welcome to The Way Forward (“Program,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, forms, communications, programs, services, content, and related platforms.

By using our website, submitting information, booking a consultation, applying to a program, making a payment, joining our communication channels, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Where a student participates in the Program, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for accepting and complying with these Terms on the student’s behalf.

2. Nature of the Program

The Way Forward is an educational program designed to support accelerated learning, structured academic development, discipline, and guided skill-building. Our website may also provide information about consultations, assessments, admissions, scholarships, community opportunities, events, and sponsorship initiatives.

The Program is not a traditional school unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written arrangement. Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific academic result, grade, exam performance, admission outcome, competition result, or future opportunity, as outcomes depend on multiple factors including attendance, effort, home environment, student conduct, and parental support.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You may use our website and services only if:

you are at least 18 years old, or
you are the parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a student, or
you have legal authority to submit information and enter into arrangements with us

If you submit any form or register a student, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to provide it.

4. Services and Website Use

We may offer or describe services including:

educational programs
consultations and assessments
admissions-related processes
waitlists and application forms
webinars, sessions, events, or community activities
scholarships, sponsorships, or donor-supported opportunities
educational resources, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, or communications

5. No Guarantee of Admission or Enrollment

Submitting a form, inquiry, application, or payment does not automatically guarantee:

admission
seat confirmation
scholarship approval
continued enrollment
access to a specific teacher, batch, time slot, or tier

Enrollment, seat allocation, scholarships, and support levels remain subject to Program review, eligibility, capacity, policy compliance, and operational feasibility.

6. Parent Responsibility and Participation

If your child participates in the Program, you agree to provide and maintain:

a suitable learning environment
a reliable internet connection
an appropriate device
punctual attendance and reasonable supervision
cooperation with Program instructions, routines, and communication

The Program depends on parent partnership and is not a drop-off or fully outsourced service. Continued participation may require constructive parent cooperation.

7. Student Conduct and Participation

All students must comply with Program rules regarding attendance, punctuality, respect, discipline, participation, classroom behavior, academic honesty, privacy, and online conduct.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

repeated disruption
bullying, harassment, intimidation, or humiliation
discriminatory or hateful remarks
cheating, copying, impersonation, or academic dishonesty
unauthorized recordings
sharing class links, screenshots, recordings, or Program materials without permission

The Program may apply warnings, probation, suspension, removal from session, scholarship review, or termination depending on the seriousness or repetition of the conduct.

8. Fees, Payments, Refunds, and Access

Where paid services are offered:

fees must be paid as communicated in the applicable fee schedule, invoice, checkout flow, or written confirmation
unpaid or overdue amounts may result in suspension of access, paused support, or removal from sessions
registration or admission-related fees, if any, may be non-refundable
paid fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle or service period has begun, because seats, staffing, and capacity are committed in advance
pauses, leaves, or missed sessions requested by the parent do not automatically create refund rights or make-up entitlements
the Program may decide, at its discretion, whether to offer a replacement, recording, credit, or alternative arrangement in any particular case

9. Scholarships and Sponsored Support

Any scholarship, subsidy, or sponsored support is conditional and may be subject to additional rules, reviews, and separate agreements.

Scholarship support is a privilege and responsibility, not an entitlement. It may be reduced, suspended, reviewed, or revoked where attendance, punctuality, effort, discipline, honesty, or policy compliance falls below required standards.

Sponsor or donor support does not create any direct entitlement, control right, or special academic influence over the Program, students, admissions, or operations.

10. Recordings, Privacy, and Controlled Access

Sessions, meetings, webinars, or other interactions may be recorded for quality control, internal training, parent reference, operational review, and, where applicable, marketing or documentation purposes. Such recordings remain Program property.

You agree that you will not:

record Program sessions without written permission
share session links with non-enrolled persons
repost, publish, sell, distribute, or circulate Program recordings, screenshots, worksheets, slides, or other materials externally without authorization

Unauthorized recording or sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination and may also lead to legal action where appropriate.

Your use of the website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to:

curriculum
lesson structures
worksheets
slides
recordings
assessments
frameworks
documents
text, graphics, branding, and website content

is owned by or licensed to The Way Forward and is protected by applicable intellectual property principles and laws.

You receive only a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial permission to use such content for personal educational or informational purposes in connection with the Program. Termination of service does not automatically create any refund right unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

the Program does not guarantee specific educational outcomes
the Program is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or special losses
the Program is not liable for losses caused by user-side internet, electricity, devices, third-party tools, or failure to follow instructions
where liability is imposed by a competent authority, our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the most recent billing period relating to the relevant service, where applicable

19. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for any loss, claim, or cost arising from:

your violation of another person’s rights
false information submitted by you
misconduct by a student under your responsibility, to the extent caused by failure to comply with Program rules or parental obligations

20. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay, disruption, or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

severe internet or platform outages
natural disasters
civil unrest
government restrictions
health emergencies
other major operational disruptions

In such cases, we may reschedule, pause, modify, or adjust service delivery as reasonably necessary.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it amicably through discussion within 14 days. If unresolved, the matter may proceed to mediation, arbitration, or courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, unless another city is specifically required by a separate signed agreement.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Entire Understanding

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable enrollment form, fee schedule, scholarship terms, parent agreement, conduct rules, or other written Program policy, form the overall framework governing your interaction with The Way Forward.
